Hop on Pop

In addition to fun rotations for Read Across America Day, we hopped on pop! Mrs. Way's Kindergarten listened to the story, Hop on Pop, by Dr. Seuss. We talked about rhyming words and the fact that words can have more than one meaning. 'Pop' can mean your dad or your grandpa, a soda, or a loud sound! Then we hopped on pop (bubble wrap) and made lots of popping sounds.
